Apply for a license
Submit an application for a B2C or B2B remote gaming licence. You must accept the terms and declarations below before providing applicant and contact details. All applications are assessed in accordance with the law and our published criteria.
The application is completed in four steps: (1) terms and declarations, (2) applicant entity details, (3) contact person, and (4) licence type and summary. You can move back to edit previous steps before submitting. After submission we will acknowledge receipt and may request supporting documentation as set out in our application guidance.

Supporting documentation
After initial submission we will acknowledge your application and may request supporting documentation as set out in our application guidance. The following are typically required; the exact list depends on the license type and your circumstances.
- Constitutional documents (certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles, etc.)
- Business plan and description of proposed activity
- Organisation chart and key persons (with fit-and-proper information)
- AML/CFT and responsible gambling policies (or drafts)
- Technical overview and, where applicable, RNG/testing arrangements
- Financial information and source of funds, as required by the application guidance
- Any other documents specified in the application guidance for your licence type
